YF-S401 0.5-5L/min Digital Water Flow Sensor for Arduino
YF-S401 0.5-5L/min Digital Water Flow Sensor for Arduino
The sensor measures the flow rate of a liquid that flows through the water. The YF-S401 plastic water flow sensor consists of a valve body, rotor current and Hall sensor. It is usually used at the end to detect the amount of input current. When the liquid flows through the sensor, A magnetic rotor rotates and the rotation rate varies depending on the flow rate. The Hall sensor then does not output a signal pulse width. Connect it to a microcontroller and allow you to control multiple devices such as your coffee machine. Sprinkler or whatever to manage and control the water flow according to your needs. Please note: A 6mm hose is recommended. Avoid contact with corrosive chemicals. The device must be installed vertically and not more than 5 degrees inclined. The liquid temperature should be below 120°C to avoid damage to the device. Product features: Min.
