Shipping & Delivery

At AusPower, we operate a global fulfilment network designed to deliver technology products quickly, reliably, and securely to customers worldwide. Our logistics infrastructure spans multiple regions, allowing us to optimise delivery times and product availability.


Shipping Coverage & Charges

We currently ship to the United States, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and countries across the European Union.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and fulfilment location. Customers are automatically directed to their region-specific storefront to ensure accurate pricing and currency conversion.

For destinations outside our standard coverage, please contact our team to arrange customised shipping solutions.


Shipping Methods

We deliver to residential and commercial addresses, as well as PO boxes where supported by the carrier.

For business deliveries, please ensure that the business name and a designated contact person are clearly provided to avoid delays.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery. If no recipient is available, the carrier will leave a notification card with instructions for collection or redelivery.


Order Processing & Dispatch

Most orders are processed and dispatched within three (3) business days. Orders that include backordered or out-of-stock items may require additional handling time.

In the event of stock changes or unforeseen delays, our team will provide timely updates via email.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped either as a single consolidated delivery or in separate shipments from different fulfilment centres across Asia, Europe, or North America. Tracking details will be provided once each shipment is dispatched.


International Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and total shipment weight. Customers can obtain an estimate by adding items to their cart and using the “Estimate Shipping” function at checkout.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other regulatory charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in our pricing and remain the responsibility of the customer.

AusPower is not liable for any additional charges, customs delays, or actions taken by local authorities. Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded due to refusal to pay applicable duties or taxes. If such charges are declined, the shipment may be abandoned without refund.

To ensure compliance with international trade regulations, we do not declare shipments as “gifts” for the purpose of reducing or avoiding customs duties. Customers are advised to consult their local customs office for further information.
