Read temperatures in reagents, water baths, foods, air, and any semisolid. Extra-wide range covers from -58 to 536 degree F and -50 to 280 degree C. Press a button to change between Fahrenheit and Celsius. Enjoy digital resolution of 0.1 degree from -20 to 200 degree. Accuracy is +/-1 degree C between -20 and 100 degree C. Ultra model accuracy is +/-0.4 degree C at tested points. Readings are updated every second. Stainless-steel probe is resistant to most laboratory chemicals.
