STEPPERONLINE DM860TE Stepper Motor Driver 2.4-7.2A 20-80VAC/30-100VDC | TE series, for Nema 34 stepper motor
STEPPERONLINE DM860TE Stepper Motor Driver 2.4-7.2A 20-80VAC/30-100VDC | TE series, for Nema 34 stepper motor
The TE series stepper motor drivers are T-Series based advancements that offer exceptional value for money. With virtually identical functionality and performance as the T Series, we have significantly reduced the entry barrier for the product by optimizing costs, making high-quality stepper motor drivers more accessible. This is a TE series digital stepper motor driver with an output peak current of 2.4-7.2A and an input voltage of 20-80V AC/30-100V DC. It is designed for Nema 23, 24 and 34 sizes stepper motors and offers a more competitive price than the DM860T. Functionally, the TE has an exclusive "detection of interruptions in the motor windings". This real-time monitoring alerts the risks of interruptions, reducing equipment damage and downtime, increasing reliability. Optically isolated inputs with 5V to 24V allow easy integration into a variety of control systems and simplify commissioning. Note that the TE series drivers only support single pulse input. Key Features Detection of interruptions in the motor windings Optically isolated inputs with 5V to 24V Only supports single pulse Automatic reduction of quiescent current. Suitable for 2-phase and 4-phase engines Supports PUL/DIR and CW/CCW modes Over voltage and over-current protection. Soft start without "jerking" when switched on. Anti-resonance ensures optimal torque and eliminates mid-RPM instability Pulse input frequency up to 200 kHz, TTL compatible and optically isolated input 8 selectable peak currents: 2.40A, 3.08A, 3.77A, 4.45A, 5.14A, 5.83A, 6.52A, 7.20A. Product Features
- Unbeatable value in the performance class: As the successor to the established DM860T, this driver offers nearly identical high-end performance and functionality but at a significantly more competitive price. A cost-effective solution for high-performance drives without compromising on quality.
- Exclusive fault detection for maximum system availability: The patented "detection of interruptions in the motor windings" monitors the cable status in real time. It warns of interruption risks early on minimizing expensive machine damage and significantly reducing unplanned downtime.
- Maximum flexibility in power supply: With an extremely wide input voltage range (20-80 V AC / 30-100 V DC), the driver can be used universally in a wide range of systems. This greatly simplifies system integration and warehousing.
- Perfect smoothness and torque for large engines: anti-resonance technology reliably eliminates mid-speed instability and ensures optimal torque - ideal for demanding Nema 34 applications. The extremely high microstep resolution (up to 51,200 steps/u) guarantees an absolutely smooth and precise motor characteristic.
- Intelligent self-optimisation and flexible control: the automatic motor identification and parameter configuration when switched on ensures optimal adaptation to a wide range of motors. In addition, the driver supports both common control modes (PUL/DIR and CW/CCW), which ensures maximum compatibility with different controls.
