The disc is characterised by a combination of newly developed fibre bundles, synthetic resin and silicon carbide abrasives, which together form a thick, open fleece. Due to the resilient nature of the fibres, the disc can adapt more precisely to the contours of the workpiece. This increases the contact surface and the removal. It adapts to weld caterpillars to polish welds without removing them. It also allows you to reach hard-to-reach places without damaging the surface. Thanks to its strong removal, the silicon carbide ensures excellent surface quality. Unwanted burrs, dirt and impurities are effectively removed without changing the shape of the workpiece. This in turn reduces rework and increases productivity. Gaps in the fleece also allow the removal of abrasive abrasion, so that clogging of the abrasive is minimised. The firming resin bond gradually breaks open as you work to reveal new fiber bundles and new super sharp edged silicon carbide abrasive. This ensures a constant removal rate over the entire service life. The high-strength fibres counteract tearing and deliver excellent results even on edges. The disc is also characterised by low vibration and sparking, as well as high revolutions and a long service life.
