Pipe Cable Lug Set WB10-10, 10 Pieces Cable Lugs, 10 mm² M10, Made of Tinned Copper and without Viewing Hole (WB Series) | M10 10mm² ring cable lug, and without viewing hole 10mm²-M10
Pipe Cable Lug Set WB10-10, 10 Pieces Cable Lugs, 10 mm² M10, Made of Tinned Copper and without Viewing Hole (WB Series) | M10 10mm² ring cable lug, and without viewing hole
WB series tubular cable lug in closed design (without viewing hole), made of tinned copper. Crimping pliers required in the powerless state. Comprehensive size coverage from 6 to 300mm² - suitable for a wide range of applications from small current control circuits to main power connections. This simplifies the purchase of suitable press cable lugs from a single source.
Product Features
- For power cables, mains cables, and lines with a cross-section of 10mm2, connection size M10 made of tin-plated copper, easy crimping with a crimping tool is possible
- The tin-plated surface of the cable lug is silver-white. The tin layer forms a protective oxide layer in air, which can prevent copper oxidation. Additionally, it can reduce the spread of gases generated during electrical conduction and contribute to conductivity through reduced transition resistance.
- The closed pipe end design provides high tightness and mechanical stability for secure electrical connections. It provides protection against the ingress of dust, moisture and corrosion gases.
- For permanently secure connections, tighten the screws firmly and insert the cable completely into the crimp cable lug and crimp with the correct tool. As a guideline for tool selection, cross-sections 16 mm2 require hand crimping pliers, 25-95 mm2 hydraulic pliers and 120 mm2 electric hydraulic pliers. Avoid using unsuitable tools such as pipe wrenches or needle-nose pliers, as insufficient pressure increases the transition resistance.
- For safety, it is recommended: Regularly monitor high-current connections using a thermal imaging camera. Immediately act on temperature irregularities and professionally check all connections during planned downtimes.
