The ULN2003 is a high voltage and high current Darlington transistor array consisting of seven silicon NPN Darlington transistors. Each Darlington pair is connected in series with a 2.7 kΩ base resistor. It can be used with TTL and CMOS circuits at an operating voltage of 5V. When connected directly, you can directly process data previously processed with standard logic buffers. Maximum continuous current at collector: 500 mA. Maximum Collector Emitter Voltage: 50V Transistor configuration: common emitter. Maximum collector-emitter saturation voltage: 1.6V Minimum operating temperature: -20 °C. Maximum operating temperature: +85°C. Package includes: Pack of 10 x ULN2003A.
