Product Features
- LEAD FREE & OXIDATION RESISTANT This solder wire is made of lead free alloy with a mixing ratio of 99.3% tin and 0.7% copper and contains 2% rosin flux. It meets the quality standards for export. Thanks to its strong oxidation resistance, the material is pure and safe and does not tend to black colour or loss of quality even during prolonged storage. It offers stable soldering performance and has been specially developed for soldering in high-quality precision electronics.
- FIXED SOLDER POINTS This solder wire has excellent flow and wetting properties, heats evenly, easy to apply, and adheres firmly to small solder pads and component connections. It helps you avoid common problems such as soldering errors, misconnections and soldering removal. The solder joints are shiny, full, robust and durable as well as particularly firm and are perfect for all types of fine soldering work and precision repairs in electronics.
- LOW MELTING POINT, MORE SAFETY This solder wire has a melting point of approx. 227C and is suitable for the usual working temperature of 38020C. It is low corrosion and therefore safer. The low melting point, fast melting speed and high soldering performance effectively reduce the thermal shock caused by high temperatures on circuit boards and precision chips, preventing components from burning out and deformation of the circuit boards. It is suitable for both professional repairs and DIY applications of beginners.
- Low Residue, More Safety: The solder wire features an improved low-residue formulation that allows splash-free soldering without pungent odor and ensures clean, stress-free work. Since very few residues remain after soldering, no post-cleaning is required, which significantly increases work efficiency. In combination with high insulation resistance values, it ensures a stable power line, prevents short circuits and current leaks and ensures long-term stable operation of the devices.
- General Specifications This solder wire has a diameter of 0.6mm and is suitable for fine soldering work, household appliance repair as well as small industrial soldering applications. One roll of solder wire has a net weight of 20g and total weight of 30g. The roll is neatly wrapped so that the wire does not get tangled or broken easily. The roll is convenient to store and easy to remove, making daily use easier.
