HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Module Distance Sensor for Arduino 3.3-5V Pack of 10 | Sensor module for distance measurement, DIY electronics, robotics projects and microcontroller applications
With the ultrasonic rangefinder, your DIY robot always keeps an overview or your installation reacts to your approach. From 2 - 300 mm, you can accurately measure the distance between the sensor and the object standing in front of it to 3 mm. With 5 V operating voltage and only 2 mA power consumption, the compatible HC-SR04 is highly compatible and very energy-saving. Distance detection is done via any two digital I/O pins – no data protocol required!
Product Features
- Product size: 45 x 20 x 19 mm (width including pins approx. 26 mm)
- Measure distance: ultrasonic distance measurement from 2cm to 3m to approx. 3 mm accurate.
- Voltage and current: DC5V; 2mA per measurement, max. 100mA per second
- Operating frequency: up to 50 measurements per second. Detection angle: <15 Detection range: 2-500cm Accuracy: 0.3 cm.
- Working principle The module automatically emits 8 40kHz square waves, detects if a signal is coming back, and emits a high level via IO. The time from the emission to the return of the ultrasound. Test distance = (time for high level at sound speed (340 M/S))/2
