This is a 24V HotEnd full kit and is intended for function with a Prus i3 MK3/MK3S/MK3S+ or other machine with E3-D V6 remote extrusion head. It's semi- assembled, please complete it by yourself. Do not use this HotEnd with 12V Prus MK2, MK2.5 or MK2S as this may damage your printer. Full Kit Includes 1 - V6 HeatSink 1.75 mm 1 - Copper-titaniium alloy all-metal throat 1 - Stainless steel HeatBreak/throat 1 - V6 aluminum HeaterBlock 1 - Brass nozzle (1.75mm x 0.4mm) 1 - 40W, 24V heater cartridge 1 - 104nt thermistor cartridge 1 - PTFE tube 1 - Black silicon cover Notice: Small parts, keep away from children.

- Fits: A Good hotend replacement or 3D printer accessory for DIY Prus i3 MK3/MK3S/MK3S+ model or other machines with E3 V6 Remote Extruder. Not fit for Mk2(MK2 uses 12V).
- Easy to install: comes with a full set, and semi-assembled, need you to complete the assembly then a Drop in All Metal Conversion Kit for your printer. Note: After installing, Heat the printhead to about 150 degrees/302F, then tighten the nozzle with a wrench to avoid 3d printing material oozing. 0.2mm distance between 0.4 brass nozzle and heater block will be OK.

- Upgrade Heater Thermistor: 24v 40W cartridge Heater is made of 304 stainless steel material,Diameter: 6mm; Length:15mm, Conveniently pre-wired with 1 meter long high temperature resistant wire; specific 104nt thermistor with cable 1meter long, Much more Accurate and Stable than the original. Temperature measurement head cylinder diameter 3mm, length 12mm, can be used with the heating block that support the thermocouple.
- High Quality: Semi-assembled hotend adopts copper- titanum alloy all-metal throat, can be applied to high temperature filament printing; the quality CNC heating block with good thermal conductivity and high precision.
