Another popular combination is served with Thai papaya salad (Som Tam). How to prepare the Dried Rice Vermicelli "Khanom Jeen" 1. Soak the Dried Rice Vermicelli in the normal water for 20 minutes. 2. Bring new water to boil and add the Rice Vermicelli in boiling water for 2 minutes. 3. Drain the hot water and rinse the Rice Vermicelli with cold water for 1 minute. 4. Drain all the water and ready to serve.
