The stainless steel 316 wetted parts\r\nprovide corrosion resistance. The socket for the 2.5\" and 4\" gauges is one-\r\npiece welded for strength. The stainless steel 304 case is corrosion resistant\r\nand Ingress Protection certified IP66 for protection against solid objects,\r\nincluding dust or liquids, and is appropriate for outdoor and severe ambient\r\nand process conditions. The circular dial comes in 2.5\" (63 mm), 4\" (100 mm),\r\nand 6\" (150 mm) diameters and is filled with glycerin for protection against\r\nvibration and pulsation. The dial is white aluminum with black and red\r\nmarkings. It has an aluminum, anodized black, pointer, and the lens is\r\npolycarbonate for high impact resistance. The pointer for the 4\" and 6\" gauges\r\nis micrometer adjustable for ease of calibration. The socket gasket, fill plug, and lens ring gasket are all\r\nmade of nitrile rubber for a tight seal. The over-pressure limit is 30% for\r\npressures up to 600 psi (4,147 kPa) and 15% for pressures over 600 psi (4,147\r\nkPa). The working pressure is a maximum of 75% of full scale value.
