The Chlorine Test Paper measures total available\nchlorine from 10-200ppm and gives results in just seconds. Our chlorine test\npaper is most often used to test the strength of solutions used to sanitize\nsurfaces, for example, in the restaurant industry. In these types of\napplications, bleach is usually used to generate the available chlorine.\nPerfect for testing chlorine \/ bleach sanitizers and avoiding hefty board of\nhealth fines! It absolutely will not work for testing undiluted Sodium\nHypoclorite (chlorine\/bleach). It will ONLY give a reading up to 200 ppm. Each\nvial has an expiry date and lot number printed on them for compliance\npurposes. These are NOT for testing pools, hot tubs, OR tap water.\nInstructions: 1. Use dry fingers to remove a chlorine test paper strip from\nthe vial. 2. Dip the test strip into the solution to be tested, and do not\nagitate. 3. Remove and compare to the color chart immediately. NOTE: The strip\nwill darken over time, so it is best to compare to the color chart as\ndirected. In addition, if two strips are stuck together, the color will be\ndarker. Lastly, if you lay the strip against the vial when comparing to the\ncolor chart, it will also darken the color. The color chart was created by\nholding a strip in the air next to the vial. IMPORTANT NOTE: This strip was\ndesigned specifically for restaurants to test chlorine sanitizers in three\npart sinks. It will work for testing anything in the range of 10-200 PPM.
