The valve is made of National Sanitation\r\nFoundation (NSF) approved PVC (polyvinyl chloride), its replaceable seals are\r\nmade of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) for durability and chemical resistance,\r\nand its hardware is made of 18-8 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. The\r\nvalve uses a 12\" x 1\/4\" stainless steel rod and a 4x5\" float ball (sold\r\nseparately).
